Returns and Refunds
If you are in any way dissatisfied with our product within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your purchase (less shipping and sales tax). Products purchased from retailers or others are subject to their return policy. All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number, available by contacting our Customer Service Department.
The following information is needed to request authorization:
– Reason for return
– Date of purchase
– Sales Receipt or Invoice Number
– Product Description
– Quantity for return
